Lindsay Lohan may very well be going back to jail, and we might know as early as Wednesday if she is. According to the latest news mumblings, it seems Lindsay is considering taking a plea deal which will give her 3 months in jail.
However, that three months would actually become 19 days due to overcrowding.

The thought of losing a courtroom trial has apparently got Lohan considering the plea deal she once said she would never do. If she were to lose in trial, Lohan could could get more than a year in jail for the probation violation ... plus prison time for the felony grand theft.

Lindsay's attorney, Shawn Holley must tell Judge Keith Schwartz on Wednesday if LiLo will accept the deal or not. Lindsay herself will be back in court Friday to either take a plea or face a trial.

The new season of ABC's The Bachelorette starts May 23, with Ashley Hebert, who did not get the final rose from Brad Womack, looking for true love.

So before we get to see Ashley handing out her own roses, let's find out a little more about her, shall we?

Ashley is a true blond, true or false?

--False. Why she chose to go blond for The Bachelor, we don't know, but Ashley is a real brunette, and we will see her natural hair color on the Bachelorette, she says.

Ashley teaches beginning dance classes, true or false?

--True. I don't remember seeing many dance moves from the petite Hebert while she competed for Brad's affections, but she is actually a trained dancer in ballet and jazz, and also enjoys hip hop, but just for 'fun.'

Ashley is a former beauty pageant contestant-- and winner. True or False?

Indeed, yes! Ashley was Maine's Junior Miss in 2002. (So that Sports Illustrated swimsuit photo shoot must have been a piece of cake for her, after all!)

After being, 'dumped' by Brad, Ashley promptly returned home where she met someone new who also helped her overcome her broken heart, true or false?

True. A sweet new Teacup puppy, named Boo, became Ashley's new love and best buddy.

Ashley chose not to join in with other contending bachelorettes and get a rose tattoo during the filming of The Bachelor. True or False?

--False. Hebert now sports a tiny rose tattoo on her right foot, which the new bachelorette says has a 'whole new meaning!'

Ashley is in her third year of dental school at the University of Pennsylvania, true or fase?

--False. The 26 year old Madawaska, Maine native is actually in her fourth year. (remember that awkward conversation between Brad and Ashley where they discussed her future plans after she finished school? You know, when Ashley did not tell Brad she would follow him to the ends of the earth?)
