Last year at the Comic Con here in the city I got a chance to watch Leonard Nimoy walk by me. I wasn’t sure how I would even approach him so I didn’t. But my daughter, she said loud enough for everyone to hear..”Who is Leonard Nimoy?” I told her that he was only one of the greatest actors of the Star Trek world (other than Chris Pine or Zachary Quinto of course!). And then I saw this video he did for Bruno Mars and The Lazy Song. You know I couldn’t stop giggling at how funny Leonard is! After all these years, he still has it!

Ryan Reynolds Covers Details

Ryan Reynolds is one of my favorite Canadians. (Okay, Ryan Gosling is my most favorite but shhh…) Ryan is the cover boy for the June/July 2011 issue of Details magazine. I’m excited to see pictures of him around again. It seems like forever since he was crowned the ‘Sexiest Man Alive’. Here are highlights from the interview:

On not settling on one genre of films: "I'm not declaring nothing, man! I'm getting away with something I'd like to continue getting away with."

Joking about his dark side: "You want to see what I'm like when we turn the tape recorder off? I slit throats, that's what I do. I only drink panda tears. Do not bring me water. Do not bring me filtered water. I want the tears of a newborn panda, and I will have them—because I'm Ryan Reynolds!"

On not sharing details of his divorce: "I'll say this: the media was not invited to my marriage, and they're definitely not invited into the divorce."

You can see him in theaters soon in Green Lantern. Oh yes, I’m excited for that one!
