Government Banning God at Military Funerals?

A group of veterans claims they've been censored at military funerals and have filed formal complaints against the Houston National Cemetery and the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, accusing them of banning words such as "God" and "Jesus" and requiring prayers to be submitted for government approval.
