Dennis Fleming sprang into action after seeing a burglar coming out of his neighbor's window. The New Hampshire grandfather grabbed his gun and fired a shot into the ground. He restrained the burglar until police arrived, but to his surprise Fleming was charged with reckless conduct. So, what happened to his Constitutional rights?
